This isn’t true. Just because a color is available on the a la carte menu does not necessarily mean it is in normal/podium production. It for sure means it’s no discontinued though that’s what my reply was too it’s still a normal active Hermes colour. No colours are permanently there apart from the 3 classic colours. VdG is amazing. Best neutral. Perfection beyond. If you can get it, i highly recommend. I swoon over my new Vert de Gris bag. I thought my gold Togo Kelly and black noir Kelly were the ultimate neutral HG bags. graphite is much darker than vert de gris. vert de gris is definitely a grayish green whereas graphite is a dark gray, which if it has any green undertone is subtle at most. both can function as neutrals although i think graphite is more flexible. the two are different - you'll never mistake vdg for graphite.
