This is a re-cased old vintage dressed up to look like a true Marconi but I doubt its provenance. Price wise, these can be had cheaply and a quick search of Chrono24 showed up a few which you can do a search yourself (so that I don't . No, that movement wouldn’t have been in a Marconi. I can’t even tell if it has the proper lever from the blurriness. Rolex didn’t make these movements for the Marconi to begin with - they bought them from the Brandt family’s General Watch Company. "Rolex Marconi" watches with similar dials aren't uncommon. James Walker was also a known early Rolex retailer that sold a wide variety of early Rolex watches. Probably just a random third-party case.
